Responsibilities:
* Meeting with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
* Identify new business opportunities with current clients and make pitches to acquire new clients
* Keep up with the latest communication trends
* Collaborate with other teams in the agency across multiple clients/projects to ensure cohesive and efficient campaigns
* Maintain a strong understanding of the clients’ business and their competitors and be able to transform key learnings into actionable insights that provide strategic value
* Act as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
* Handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and quote clients
* Ensure the proper resources are allocated and that work is conducted in a timely fashion, within the designated scope and budget.
* Oversee and run team status meetings to align all teams on the priorities and goals of each project
* Write briefs with full clarity on all requirements to ensure alignment of all teams
* Manage multiple projects for multiple clients on multiple markets
* Come up with innovative and energized ideas that align with the brand and business objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
* A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably with experience in communication, digital, or media agency, could also come from the marketing/client side
* Strong understanding of the advertising and media industries
* Good financial understanding of budgeting and estimating
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both within the team and with external clients
* Good understanding of the production ecosystem and the advertising campaign lifecycle from creative concept to ex*****on
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to recognize opportunities and take initiative
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
