Modern capital markets are almost invariably hosted on computer-based electronic trading systems; most can be accessed only by entities within the financial sector or the treasury departments of governments and corporations, but some can be accessed directly by the public.[b] There are many thousands of such systems, most serving only small parts of the overall capital markets. Entities hosting the systems include stock exchanges, investment banks, and government departments. Physically, the systems are hosted all over the world, though they tend to be concentrated in financial centers like London, New York, and Hong Kong.
What we do in capital markets?
When a client wants to raise capital (money) through either equity or debt, the professionals in the Capital Markets group coordinate the communication between the investment banking industry group, S&T, and research.

رؤيه تحليله عن الوضع الحالى وآثاره على الاقتصاد الحالى وسنقوم باستهلال ذلك بالتساؤل عن تأثير الحرب الروسية - الأوكرانية على الوضع الراهن للاقتصاد العالمى وهل كورونا يجلب الإفلاس للشركات رغم جهود الحكومات..؟ وهل نعاني صدمة عرض وطلب ؟ وهل خطر الركود العالمي في 2023 مرتفع للغاية ؟ .
وفى ضوء ذلك نرى بداية أنه لطالما كان الاقتراض والتوسع في الدين أحد الطرق العريقة لنمو الاقتصادات حول العالم، اذ أن الصدمة التي أحدثها تفشي فيروس كورونا ثم الحرب الروسية - الأوكرانية تسببت في عكس دورة النمو المعتادة وهدم النموذج بزلزلة أساساته، وفقا لما يراه ايه اس اتش إحدى شركات الاستشارات والخدمات المهنية في مصر.
ووفقا لتقديراتنا فإن تعثر وليس إفلاس الشركات خاصة الصغيرة منها أصبح شبه حتمي رغم جهود التحفيز ات الحكومية، إذا أن تأثير الحرب خلف سوقا تعاني مزيجا من صدمة العرض والطلب واضطراب الأسواق المالية.
و إن كان خطر الركود العالمي في عام 2023 مرتفع للغاية في ظل قيام الدول بفرض أنواع مختلفة من الحزم الداعمة للمواطن المحلى من خلال الدعم المباشر، وهي الإجراءات التي ستؤثر بشدة على الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
و أن بقاء انخفاض التصنيع نتيجة انخفاض المواد الخام الورادة من اوكرانيا سيؤثر بالضرورة على العرض وبالتالى الطلب بينما سيتم تقليص الإنتاج في جميع أنحاء العالم وبالتالي لن يكون لدى العديد من الشركات المدخلات اللازمة لعملية التصنيع.
كما امتد تأثير الحرب فى قطاع التصنيع إلى قطاع الخدمات أيضا بالسلب .
ومن المرجح أن تأثير المساعدات الحكومية سيعتمد على حجمها وتوقيتها، لكنه أيضا سيعتمد على مستوى ديون الشركات وكيفية تعاملها مع انخفاض الطلب.
وفى إطار ذلك فإن الدورة العكسية لدورة الاقتراض والنمو
في دورة النمو المعتمدة على الاقتراض فاننا نود أن نوضح أن استدانة الشركات والمستهلكين تؤدي إلى زيادة الاستهلاك وبالتالي زيادة أسعار الأصول ثم نمو الوظائف ثم تزايد الاستثمارات وبالتالي ارتفاع توقعات النمو المستقبلية ما يقود إلى زيادة التمويل المتاح لإقراض الشركات والمستهلكين وهكذا.
أما في الوقت الحالي، إذا استمر ت هذه الحرب ولم تتوصل الدول إلى إيجاد حلا لوقفها سينعكس سلبا بحيث تؤدي الصدمة التي أحدثتها الحرب في الاقتصادات وأسواق المال إلى تخفيض توقعات النمو وبالتالي تقليص الاستثمارات وتراجع الوظائف وانهيار أسعار الأصول وانكماش الاستهلاك وهو ما يفاقم من صدمة الأسواق.
نستعرض باختصار تأثير الحرب وانكماش السوق في دلالة على الركود العميق مما أدى إلى تعطيل سلاسل التوريد الصناعية وقلص بشدة الطلب على الطاقة والسلع، وبالتالي فإن ما كان في بداية الأمر ركودًا في التصنيع فقط انتشر الآن بين قطاع الخدمات.
ومن هذه البيانات المماثلة لمؤشر مديري المشتريات في شهر ديسمبر لكل من الخدمات والصناعات التحويلية، نتيجة الضغط الاقتصادي المتزايد والتي تتبناها الحكومات لمحاصرة الركود التضخمى وتسببت في انخفاض حاد في الطلب. ( وهو أمر احترازى واجب ) لا يعيب عمل الحكومات.
وفى المقابل نجد أننا نرى ضغط غير مسبوق على السندات
ذلك لأنه كلما ارتفعت مستويات الدين، كان أكثر تكلفة وإضرارًا باقتصادات الدول.
لذلك فإننا وفقا لذلك سنجد فى الفترة المقبلة هروب الكثير من الأموال للاستثمار في السندات عالية الجودة وذات العائد المرتفع ، وهو ما سيؤدى الى نمو جزئى فى هذا الجانب ولكن ستؤدى هذه إلى النيل أيضا من يندات الشركات.
وبالتالى سيكون الضغط على سندات الخزانة أعلى حتى من الضغوط التي شوهدت في فترة الأزمة المالية العالمية.
لذا فان سندات الخزانه ستكون الاكثر تميزا فى الفترة القادمه للاستثمار فيها والتى ستؤدى إلى إنهاء جزئى لحالة الركود الاقتصادي العالمي والتى ستجذب الكثير من رؤوس الأموال للاستثمار فيها وضخ أموال وستكون هى الاستثمارات الجاذبة فى الوقت الحالى.

The Law of Protection of Competition and Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices, ratified in February 2005,Egypt’s Competition Law 3/2005 has been hotly debated. If the private sector is to thrive and expand, a fair competitive environment needs to prevail. Consumers, integral to the equation, are set to benefit from the new legislation with more choices, better quality and ultimately lower prices.The Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA), created in August 2005, has discovered, getting consumers and businesses to utilize the law is an uphill battle. Egypt’s nascent culture of competition still has a long way to develop and many citizens do not fully understand how the marketplace can benefit from such a law.
ECA, The authority has been holding regular seminars and conferences to increase the public’s awareness of the law and its role. During these sessions, attendees are given the opportunity to voice their questions and concerns about increased competition, the law, and their rights and obligations under it.
The ECA will need a few effective investigations under its belt before the public deems it trustworthy.
Another challenge is Egypt’s legacy of protectionism versus the new push for opening the market to competition, both domestic and international.
While many believed that the passing of Competition Law 3/2005 would end this trend, consumers and companies have not really given the law.
An effective competition law is attractive to foreign companies contemplating investment in a Egypt.
