*Approaches new markets via the official channels "fairs, third party, referral, market visits or over trade map".
*Prepares market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
*Finds and follow up on sales leads to be able to reach a wider client base.
*Understands customer needs to be able to provide feedback for business development and marketing
*Receives customer orders and coordinate with planning and production departments to reach the proper confirmed timing and communicate it to customer
*After-Sales follow up.
*Verifies the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met.
*Communicates and Coordinates with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
*Develop sales information system including customer data base and keeping it updated and available on time to support decision making process.
•Prepare quotation & pricing for overseas buyers
