Title: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Meet with founders, business leaders, and decision-makers
• Understand client challenges and recommend suitable solutions
• Coordinate with technical and creative teams during solution scoping
• Prepare proposals and follow up on active opportunities
• Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports
• Contribute to sales growth strategies and business development plans
• Track opportunities and maintain organized sales follow-ups
• Support partnerships and strategic business initiatives
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, software sales, or digital solutions sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Confidence in handling meetings and client discussions
• Ability to understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions
• Curiosity toward technology and digital products
• Strong follow-up discipline and reporting skills
• Ability to write professional business emails and proposals
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow
