We’re Hiring | Booths, Exhibitions, & Events Senior 3D Designer

Innovation Crew is looking for a talented Senior 3D Designer to join our team.

The role involves leading the conceptualization, design, and ex*****on of high-quality 3D visuals and environments for events, exhibitions, activations, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with creative, production, and account management teams to transform ideas into immersive experiences and visually impactful spaces.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing creative 3D concepts and event environments
• Creating high-quality renders, models, lighting, and visual presentations
• Collaborating with internal teams to align designs with client objectives
• Participating in brainstorming and creative development sessions
• Supporting projects from concept stage to final ex*****on
• Reviewing and refining designs based on feedback and project requirements

Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or marketing agencies
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard 3D software
• Excellent understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and visualization techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
