Field Sales & Business Development Executive
(Junior / Senior)
Digital Brain for Digital Marketing & Digital Services is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team in Hurghada.
We welcome applications at both Junior and Senior levels. One candidate will be selected, with the position level determined by experience and assessment results.
About the Role
You will acquire new business clients and sell our digital marketing services and outdoor digital screen advertising solutions to businesses, retailers, clinics, restaurants, and other commercial establishments.
Key Responsibilities
▪️ Identify potential clients and connect with decision-makers.
▪️ Arrange and conduct field visits and sales meetings.
▪️ Understand client needs and present suitable services and packages.
▪️️ Follow up on proposals and negotiate within approved terms to secure contracts and payments.
▪️ Build lasting client relationships and support renewals.
▪️ Maintain accurate sales records and submit progress reports.
This is a target-driven role, with clear monthly targets for new sales and collections, supported by weekly pipeline reviews. Targets will reflect the position level, with an initial onboarding and training period.
Junior Requirements
Up to 2 years of sales experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome.
Willingness to learn and work in field sales.
Strong organization, reliability, and follow-up skills.
💰 Attractive & competitive base salary + transportation allowance + attractive commission scheme.
Senior Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
A demonstrated track record of achieving targets, acquiring clients, and closing deals.
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
💰 Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience + transportation allowance + attractive commission scheme.
Requirements for Both Levels
Based in Hurghada, with good knowledge of the city and the ability to travel locally for client visits.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience in advertising, digital services, or medical sales is a plus.
