HR committee members are responsible for:
1. interviewing new recruits.
2. evaluating the team's members.
3. setting the pu
nishment and reward system.
4. preparing a motivation plane for the AAPG.
5. writing weekly and monthly reports and sending them to the high board.
6. writing minutes of meeting.
7. finding the needed training for the team. PR publicity committee members are responsible for:
1. the link between the AAPG chapter and external organization.
2. dealing with other student activities in the university.
3. dealing with faculty administration.
4. receiving public figures and students in any event.
5. marketing and publicity for the team. Organizing committee members are responsible for:
1. organizing events (opening, closing and the time required).
2. preparing drinks and food during breaks.
3. find the best prices and offers for the materials purchased.
4. decoration work and print everything. Media committee members are responsible for
1. E-marketing for the team.
2. advertisement campaign online.
3. filmed lectures, events, sessions and trips.
4. creating page designs, advertisement campaigns and banners and all publications made by team or making videos.
