🔹 Commercial Manager (CM-01)
Experience: 10+ Years
Requirements:
• Proven success in leading commercial teams and driving sustainable business growth.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, pricing, and profitability management.
• Excellent leadership and business development skills.
🔹 Business Unit Manager (BUM-02)
Experience: 7+ Years
Requirements:
• Experience in product portfolio management and business growth.
• Strong background in marketing strategy, product positioning, and market analysis.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and achieve business objectives.
🔹 Area Manager (AM-03)
Experience: 5+ Years
Requirements:
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong network with key accounts, distributors, and large-scale farms.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
🔹 Sales Representative (SR-04)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Requirements:
• Experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals, feed additives, or animal nutrition products.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
✅ General Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine (Mandatory).
• Experience in Animal Health, Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Feed Additives, or Nutritional Supplements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
