We are seeking a composed and professional Appointment Setter to manage incoming inquiries from our high-intent prospects. This is a vital role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence and a mature outlook. You won’t be "selling" in the traditional sense; you will be acting as a bridge between a person with a problem and our team’s solution.
Note: This role involves calling hot leads only. These are people who have requested a consultation. No cold calling or "hard selling" is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inbound Response: Promptly reaching out to individuals who have expressed direct interest in our services.
Professional Discovery: Engaging in meaningful, high-level conversations to understand their needs and determine if we are a good fit.
Appointment Coordination: Managing the calendar for our senior consultants and ensuring all details are captured accurately.
Relationship Building: Maintaining a calm, helpful, and professional tone that puts prospects at ease.

A Mature Perspective: You are a stable, reliable professional who stays calm under pressure and communicates with clarity.
Excellent Listening Skills: You understand that the best way to "sell" is to listen and ask the right questions.
Life Experience: While no specific sales experience is required, we value a background that demonstrates responsibility, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Tech Comfort: A willingness to learn our simple CRM system and scheduling tools (we provide full training).
