Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced IT Support Technicians to join our team on a freelance basis. The initial engagement will be for a 2-week period, with a possibility of extension based on project requirements. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their technical needs, which includes basic level tasks such as the installation of monitors, keyboards, and mice, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, including monitors, keyboards, and mouse.
Perform basic connections of hardware components in the system.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software applications.
Basic understanding of hardware installations, including monitors, keyboards, and mice.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
