Happy birthday to us! Today Chelsea Co. celebrates five years, and we’ll be raising a glass of Fino.

You never forget your first Fino en Rama. For Chelsea, it was more than a glass of fortified wine. It was the sherry region opening its doors: the people, the bodegas, the stories, and the magic of a place that gets under your skin.

One Fino turned into five years of an international agency with sherry in its heart, a team, a family, and a very good excuse to raise a glass.

Wait. A whisky festival you would actually want to go to?

asked us to create a reel for their new whisky festival, and the brief had us at: 100+ whiskies and zero snobbery.

The idea is simple, smart and overdue. A festival shaped for people who have not always felt welcome in traditional whisky spaces.

Whisky belongs inside wider culture. Less gatekeeping. More DJs, street food, masterclasses and good whiskies in good company.

Shared Spirit is led by “”women, ethnically diverse and q***r founders””, making a strong case for whisky to look, feel and behave differently.

The Primrose Hill June date has moved, but the mission has not. We’re proud to have played a small part in helping shape what comes next.

Give all the tagged whiskies a follow. Some brilliant stories behind them. Proof that whisky has more range than the room it’s usually served in.

The category everyone underestimated just won the room!

We’re at London Wine Fair 2026, where Chelsea Co. picked up Best Trade Campaign for The Sherry Shift, our 2024–25 campaign for .

A huge thank you to the Sherry Wine Council for trusting us with a category we genuinely love, and to everyone in the trade who helped make the shift happen.

Sherry has spent too long boxed into Christmas or filed under “things your nan drinks.” We saw something else: depth, versatility, commercial value and a category ready for its comeback era.

So we shifted it. Into restaurants. Into retail. Into conversation.

In a UK market where fortified wine sales were falling, sherry grew by 7.4% from 2024 to 2025.

Because sherry was never the problem. Perception was.
