Dörte’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for , as we introduce a renewed awards structure designed to make Europe’s premier creative competition more open, representative, and accessible.

With a long-standing commitment to creative excellence, diversity, and leadership, Dörte will help shape the future of ADCE and strengthen our mission to champion the best of European creativity. 💫
