Very pleased to receive an update on gràffica info ´s campaign “Designers for Valencia” (in which we were honoured to participate last November).

Thanks to the generosity of all the designers who participated, the campaign managed to raise €20,072.63. This amount has been donated entirely to the Red Cross Fund for DANA Recovery*, aimed at helping self-employed individuals and affected businesses, including professionals in the creative sector such as designers, illustrators, printers, and other businesses linked to creativity.

Additionally, the Designers for Valencia material will continue to be used in future communication and promotional actions within the framework of the initiative, with the aim of continuing to raise awareness and help those affected by DANA.

*As of February 2025, the Red Cross has provided assistance to nearly 300,000 people impacted by DANA. They have also distributed over 154,700 meals to affected individuals and responders, more than 40,400 personal hygiene kits, and over 4,300 blankets. The organization has developed a three-year Recovery Plan, mobilizing initial funds of €22 million to provide financial assistance to 20,000 affected family units, estimated to reach about 60,000 people.

Another year, so many moments to treasure. 🥰

13 years ago I started Yellow, a Studio focused on concert photography and audiovisuals, at the time.

Through the years the focus has shifted to include design and interiors. In the end, there can never be one subject that wins them all, not to me anyway. 😊

I have been lucky enough to have been accompanied by so many wonderful colleagues I can gladly call friends, and to have been trusted by so many different people. Together we built an award-winning agency that is still growing.

Thank you all for being here, for trusting my good sense and my knowledge 🙏 .

In 1789, Horace-Bénédict de Saussure invented the , an instrument to measure the intensity of in the sky. 

It consists of 52 numbered cards arranged in a circle, ranging from white to black through different shades of blue (dyed with Prussian blue).

De Saussure was a renowned geologist, meteorologist, and pioneer of alpinism. The idea of recording sky hues came to him while climbing Mont Blanc in France. He noticed that as he ascended, the sky became a darker blue.

Using his invention, de Saussure demonstrated that the sky darkened as altitude increased. He also concluded that sky color depended on the amount of particles, water droplets, and ice crystals suspended in the atmosphere, as the sky's color was an optical effect.

Alexander von Humboldt, another frequent user of the cyanometer, later recorded a sky of 46 degrees of blue from the summit of Chimborazo volcano in the Andes.
