Dear American Customers,

We’d like to sincerely apologise for the recent restrictions affecting orders shipped to the United States.

Due to new U.S. customs requirements and changes to Royal Mail services, all items with commercial value must now be sent as tracked parcels with duties and customs data processed in advance. Unfortunately, this means we can no longer ship small items using standard envelope services, even when the item is very lightweight.

Please know this change is entirely outside our control, and we understand how frustrating it may be. We’re currently reviewing the best possible alternatives to keep U.S. orders moving as smoothly and fairly as possible.

A recent customer got in touch looking for a bespoke decal for their boat. After a brief discussion to confirm sizing, layout, and finish, we got straight to work manufacturing the decals to their exact requirements. The finished decals were quickly produced and sent out — and we’re happy to say the customer was delighted with the result. Another custom project completed and ready for the water! ⚓
