The situation in the world begins to become similar to that of the Cold War after World War II. Warlike conflicts in which the superpowers take sides but in which they never confront each other, such as the invasion of Ukraine, suggest, either by condemning the actions or by supporting them (or simply by abstaining) that the world is dividing into two blocks. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) on the one hand and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization on the other are defining the world (for now, basically the Northern Hemisphere) in two sides. (Update: Finland, Sweden and Saudi Arabia)
