Poster for in Brazil.
MICASA, a project dedicated to design, art and architecture, with decades of tradition and dedication, with the philosophy of promoting and making known designers of yesterday and today. More than a business, a way of understanding design, art and architecture. With the philosophy of projecting and sharing their passion with all the people who visit them. This brand is accompanied by the VOLB, VOLC and 20/87 projects, each with its own space, which are modularly built around MICASA.
We worked on two concepts to build the brand's visual language, Le Corbusier's "Modulor", with its dynamic geometry, and the "Tablinum", a space normally in the central position of the Roman house, with which we would formally define the modular construction of elements around of a main one. In addition, this element was the Roman "office", the workplace and where customers were received. It had to be a carefully decorated room, where the best pieces of the house were exhibited, for the enjoyment and delight of visitors. From this conceptual base we created the visual language for MICASA, a modular structure where the elements, brand, typography and photography are connected.
Many thanks to the entire MICASA team, it has been for us a real honor to collaborate with them in a project so essential for design and art. We loved their way of seeing it, understanding it; beyond a business, a place, a space to enjoy the history of design. Congratulations on your work!
