⁉ SMMA ⁉

Why is picking a niche so Important? 🙋‍♂

When I first started I spent months running around like a headless chicken… Hopping from niche to niche, making ZERO money...

I managed to hit around €1200 per month gross with 3 clients, but I was stuck doing EVERYTHING for them!

I just couldn’t understand why everybody else undertaking SMMA, starting/running agencies, seemed to be making a fortune and I just couldn’t for the life of me get my agency off the ground!

I just couldn’t figure it out!

I mean… I was walking in to business after business, cold calling for hours everyday, setting appointments, attending meetings… But getting nowhere ...! What was I missing!?

In my head and on paper… At the time I was doing everything right?
