Even kennis maken
Na 12 jaar websites bouwen in de sneeuw ga ik nu met dezelfde passie websites bouwen in de zon. In 2008 heb ik het Zweedse bedrijf Hybridprofilering YJC opgericht en eind dit jaar zal dit worden geïntegreerd in het nieuwe Spaanse bedrijf Jolly Gecko Web Solutions.
Nee, er is natuurlijk niet de hele tijd sneeuw geweest en er zullen zelfs momenten zijn dat ik het mis. Maar in de zon voel ik me toch fijner.
Doordat ik 9 jaar heb gewerkt in de IT op 24/7 critische systemen van grote bedrijven zoals Rabobank en de toenmalige PTT-Telecom (ja, zo oud ben ik al) heb ik geleerd dat nauwkeurigheid, focus, samenwerking en klantvriendelijkheid vanzelfsprekend is. Na een uitstapje van 5 jaar in het bedrijfsleven met een eigen groothandel in relatiegeschenken en houten speelgoed begrijp ik ook wat ondernemers nodig hebben. Hierdoor heb ik een perfecte mix opgebouwd van kennis en ervaring die ik graag zal delen met bedrijven die een nieuwe of verbeterde website willen hebben.
Hoewel ik niet afhankelijk ben van locatie met mijn werk vind ik het toch leuk om me vooral te richten op de Costa Blanca omdat ik het ook belangrijk en leuk vind om mijn klanten af en toe persoonlijk te ontmoeten. Helaas moet ik hiermee even terughoudend zijn vanwege het Covid-19 virus maar hoop ik dat het in de nabije toekomst weer gewoon kan.

After 12 years of building websites in the snow, I am now going to build websites in the sun with the same passion. In 2008 I founded the Swedish company Hybridprofiling YJC and at the end of this year it will be integrated into the new Spanish company Jolly Gecko Web Solutions.
No, of course there hasn't been snow all the time and there will even be times when I miss it. But I still feel better in the sun.
Because I worked for 9 years in IT on 24/7 critical systems of large companies such as Rabobank and then PTT-Telecom (yes, I am that old already). I have learned that accuracy, focus, cooperation and customer-friendliness are self-evident. After a trip of 5 years in the business world with my own wholesaler in promotional gifts and wooden toys, I also understand what entrepreneurs need. Because of this I have built a perfect mix of knowledge and experience that I will gladly share with companies that want a new or improved website.
Although I am not dependent on location with my work, I still like to focus mainly on the Costa Blanca because I also find it important and fun to meet my clients in person from time to time. Unfortunately I have to be cautious about this because of the Covid-19 virus, but I hope that it will be possible again in the near future.
