We are currently in search of a Senior Graphic Designer to work for a luxury real estate consultancy in Marbella. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director and team to design and deliver innovative marketing strategies for exciting new projects.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication or equivalent

Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally in the real estate sector.

Must be proactive and have the ability to work in a team or independently.

Highly organized and accustomed to working to deadlines.

Have an eye for fine detail from a written and visual perspective.

Must be proficient in (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Video editing and knowledge of After Effects and Premier are a bonus.

Must have a valid driving license and car as you will be required to travel to video and photo shoots.

Must have a portfolio or examples of previous work.

Willing to stay up to date with the latest marketing and design trends

Must live within commuting distance of Marbella

To create designs and content for various marketing materials including dossiers, emails, landing pages, social media, events, presentations, reports, etc.

Implement innovative ideas to execute marketing plans.

Work closely to develop product positioning and communication materials to support go-to-market initiatives.

Monitor the budget allocated to each project.

Devise marketing materials to increase direct customer acquisition.

Full contract with a salary of €28,000 to €30,000 gross plus annual bonus

Hours- Monday to Thursday -9.00-18.00, Friday-9.00-15.00

Super Salesperson / Business Developer Wanted

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to help expand our business throughout Spain. You will need to be either native or fluent in at least English and Spanish with other languages a bonus.

JobFinder Spain (JFS) has been operating for over 5 years and is now one of the leading Recruitment Companies in the south of Spain.

JFS is part of the Right Direction Business Group SL (RDBG) and works alongside sister brands Mint Spain (Marketing and Advertising) and Right Direction (Business Development and Consultancy).

This puts the group in the unique position of being able to offer a wide range of Business Services across group company clients as well as providing the potential for cross-selling relevant business services.

The company is now looking for a new Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE) to help grow the client base of the company. As such the BDE should have high level and proven sales skills in being able to generate new clients via both telephone and face to face sales.

The BDE will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales history gained within a professional B2B/B2C business environment and be primarily responsible in conjunction with the overall business strategy as set by the Directors, for researching and identifying new clients, making initial contact over the phone, qualifying clients, attending client meetings and closing new business. It is envisaged that initially new client meetings may be via online platforms.

The BDE will therefore need to be highly presentable with excellent people skills and be able to build relationships both externally with clients and candidates, and internally with team members.

The BDE will be:

· Capable and confident in researching and identifying new prospects
· Competent in making initial client contact and building ongoing business relationships
· Able to effectively present the RDBG / Mint / JFS value proposition to prospects and clients
· Responsible for providing input into all sales and marketing media used for these purposes.
· A business professional who values and displays loyalty, honesty and integrity at all times,
· Able to gain the confidence and trust of both clients and colleagues alike, whilst working with and representing the Group
· Proficient in the business use of Social Media platforms to find potential new clients and recruitment candidates
· The BDE will be legally able to work in Spain with the use of their own car and valid driving license
Must be located on Costa del Sol

The BDE may also be required to carry out candidate interview and profiling activities occasionally, and be able to work closely with the Recruitment and Marketing Teams to ensure maximum candidate placements and optimum client satisfaction.

Depending on the background and experience of the appointed candidate, relevant sales and / or recruitment training will be provided.

The BDE will help to provide input on marketing activities to develop the brand via media and marketing channels, SEO, Social Media and both Outbound and Inbound Marketing processes.

The BDE must be able to speak, read and write to a professional working level in at least English and Spanish with other languages useful.
