27yrs of iIndustry experience. 10+ certifications. But very few YES’s.

The consistent rejections made me feel “not good enough”.

So I started listening very successful entrepreneurs.

If you’re getting a lot of NO’s also:

1. Stop treating NO as the opposite of success.
2. Quit waiting for opportunities and build your own.

I’m pretty introverted 🥰🌹

I love sitting down with a coffee, classical music, beautiful flowers view and getting in work flow.

Not struggling to focus in a loud, noisy office.

Not everyone is wired to want to be around people.

And many leaders overlook this.

I remember the days when I had to work from 8 to 6 or even 8!

Then I tried with my 17 people team, all day people in and out of my office.

I could NOT get in FLOW.

Getting your team together to heartstorm can help...

This means so many people don’t know my full story, and the non-business details. So...

Allow me to re-introduce myself. 😃

1. My name is Lolis. Born and raised in Mexico, one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Now living here = beautiful Spain!

Fun fact: Mariachis will always make you smile!

2. How do you pronounce my name? It’s “Lo+lis”. It’s “Lo”, not “Lou+liz”.

(how many of you practiced out loud just now?)

3. I’ve been in the online space for 11 years now. Started creating lead generation campaigns for Real Estate Developers, then Shopify, then Brand Strategy with Coaching, and now it’s 3 main areas:

Ads Management (over $100M ad spend in +68 Countries)
Brand Building (helping Brand Owners go beyond +$1M)
Coaching (Legacy Creation)

More stuff:

4. I used to run my own agency.
5. I used to love astrology.
6. I used to help my grandpa to sell shoes. My 12 year old work.

7. Before all this, I was a cookie seller at 10. And a rapper on Karaoke.

8. So... I’m an internationally scholarship+winning MBA Student. Won scholarships in high school, university and an International MBA. My own obsession: the eternal student.

9. I’m also an Italian language speaker. Piacere!

10. As a sales girl, I started at 6. I sold Snickers, M&Ms and Milky Way at School. Because why not? Feels GOOD to make your own Money 😎. I was a “sales woman” before 7. LOL

11. I’m a fan of my Grandfather. He is my complete inspiration.

12. Most useful skill: Creativity and identify Unconscious blocks behind Expansion. I do all of my creativity work - and for my clients too.

13. Most useless skill: spot all repeating numbers everywhere, 333, 1717, 888, literally Everywhere.

14. Favorite food? Tacos. Duhhh.

15. Least favorite? Fish! (let them swim 🐠)

16. Favorite life moment? When my grandfather asked me to take charge of his Business (even though I said no).

17. Goal in life? To build a legacy of entrepreneurs to Belief in Expansion. To enable others to help others. To spread kindness and good vibes wherever I can.
