Today, on Entrepreneurship Women’s Day, I’m proud to be part of that 1% (I guess in marketing agencies the figure is very similar)
Proud, yes—but also incredibly privileged to have had the support I needed to build Namoa from scratch.
Thank you to my little ladies, who somehow understand when “mum is a bit busy”,thank you to my husband —truly the strongest support system on the planet.
And thank you to my family who, even though they still have no idea what we actually do at Namoa 😂 (and happily nod while I say strange marketing terms), keep cheering anyway.
But here’s the thing:
This shouldn’t be a privilege.
Building a business shouldn’t feel like climbing Everest in heels.
It should be easier—for every woman who wants to start something of her own and chase the life she dreams of.

Hoy, en el Día Internacional de la Mujer Emprendedora y he de decir que me siento orgullosa de formar parte de ese 1% de mujeres con agencias.
Orgullosa, sí—pero también muy privilegiada por haber tenido el apoyo necesario para poner en marcha Namoa desde cero.
Gracias a mis pequeñas mujercitas, que ya entienden que “mamá está un pelín ocupada”,gracias a mi marido, el mayor pilar! (Mucho aguantas, ya eres experto en marketing y business)
Y gracias a mi familia que, aunque todavía no tiene ni idea de lo que hacemos realmente en Namoa (y dicen ahaaa mientras suelto los términos más rarísimos del mundo), siempre está ahí animando.
Pero aquí va lo importante:
Esto no debería ser un privilegio.
Emprender no debería sentirse como escalar el Everest en tacones.
Debería ser más fácil —para cualquier mujer que quiera empezar algo propio y perseguir la vida con la que sueña.
