PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: We’ve been working with for nearly 5 years now, and what started as a small social media partnership has grown into a full creative collaboration across every part of their digital presence. It’s hard to capture 5 years in 1 post but scroll through to see some of our work!
From managing their social channels and designing ad-hoc campaigns, to helping them plan and promote major annual events like the Rioja Festival Dublin, it’s been an evolving relationship built on trust, creativity and results.
In March 2024, we took over their email marketing. Since then, email has become one of their biggest revenue drivers, contributing up to 35% of all online sales. We’ve brought some tongue in cheek creativity into some of their most iconic campaigns (take a look at the Pot Luck imagery on the last slide) ensuring old reliables stay fresh and appeal to a new audience 🎲
Then, in August and September 2024, we designed and built their brand new Shopify website. It was a complete overhaul of a site that hadn’t been updated in over a decade, and we made sure to modernise the experience while keeping their original brand recognition intact. The results? Faster load times (down from 5 to 1.4 seconds), mobile sessions up 23%, average order value up 10%, subscription revenue up 38.5% and an incredible 16% increase in overall website revenue in Q4 2024 year on year.
All while staying true to what makes WineOnline.ie special: great wine, great people, and a genuine connection with their customers.
Today, we continue to work with the team daily; managing socials, designing campaigns, building newsletters, updating the site, managing their catalog of over 4,000 products, and looking for new ways to evolve and grow. Take a look at our work firsthand at wineonline.ie 🍾
