We continue to implement our geo-expansion strategy — this time for an app in the Navigation category on the App Store 🌍

What we did:
🔸 built a semantic core and created metadata for Turkey and Italy, where no localization had been done previously;
🔸 achieved indexing for priority keywords in both countries.

The results:
🇮🇹 Impressions in Italy increased by +637.24%;
🇹🇷 In Turkey — by +1320.83%.

– kept the original color palette;
– reduced text elements;
– made the graphic symbol clearer and more intuitive.

💡 The icon was generated using AI (Recraft).

📊 Results:
– conversion rate grew from 1.75% to 2.39%;
– test variant won with 97% statistical confidence.

ℹ️ Since iOS doesn’t allow localized icons by country, it's crucial to design with a universal audience in mind right from the start.
