Job Description:
The Video Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and production of all video content. They will create and leverage interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles in video format to strengthen emotional connections, engagement levels, and marketing initiatives.
The right candidate will have experience in directing, shooting, editing, producing, and optimizing a variety of corporate videos. The Video Marketing Manager has a creative mind and specializes in translating a variety of messages into a compelling visual story that is consistent with the brand.
Responsibilities:

Producing and/or directing video content for YouTube and other video platforms.

Creating a video marketing project plan that aligns with organizational content marketing goals.

Managing the production of video content (shooting, editing, uploading, optimizing, and adding effects) for use on the organization?s video channels.

Managing the production (shooting, editing, uploading, adding effects) of promotional video content for use in selling products and membership benefits.

Coordinating with content marketing to distribute videos that support other content efforts.

Leveraging interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles to meet the needs of the target audience.

Strategically examining available platforms and apps to ensure video content is being widely distributed.

Optimizing videos for search engines using keyword-enriched descriptions and tags

Execute on-page optimizations

Implement changes in content management systems (CMS)

Manage content production by planning content calendars, managing writers (or collaborating with content writing teams), and supporting them on SEO

Collaborate with SEO managers and other in-house marketing teams

Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes

Develop new SEO tests and strategies

Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.

Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.

Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.

Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

* Initially contacting potential clients via phone (cold calling) , e-mail or other channel and setting up online appointments, closing the sales
* Assist in preparing all necessary paper work.

This is entry level role that is also fully remote. Immediate start possible.

This is commission based, with 30% per sales plus bonus
