NORTH MARKETING – WEB DESIGN, WEB DEVELOPMENT AND ONLINE MARKETING

Turn your ideas and dreams into reality with the help of a professional online marketing company. Heading the online side of things, Wayne’s passion for online marketing started in 2005, after a long stint in travel industry, when he created his first web site, Search4sun.com - a travel blog that later turned into an online booking portal for package holidays and flights. Having a tailor-made, efficient and result-driving website can cost much less than you think. We offer quality product, friendly (and patient!) service and ongoing support after your website is live. Our work always starts with a planning meeting with a client to engage your specific requirements. This is followed by a quote, which includes detailed cost and time-frame for the project. Communication is very important to us and we offer flexible working hours to fit in your schedule. Portfolio and more information can be found on Wayne’s personal website: www.waynebromiley.com

650 metres of sandy beach. Ancient rainforest behind you. The Andaman Sea in front. 🌊🌿

The Hilton Burau Bay Resort Langkawi has just opened at Pantai Kok — one of Malaysia's most beautiful and unspoiled bays — and it has immediately become one of the most compelling new resort openings in Southeast Asia this year.

251 rooms and suites on the beach. An adults-only pool right on the sand. A family pool. Spa rock pools. A spa that takes its inspiration from the island's salt air and rainforest landscape — because when you're sitting inside one of the world's oldest UNESCO Global Geoparks, that's exactly where your wellness experience should come from. 💆

And when you step off the beach? The Langkawi Cable Car and its glass-floored Sky Bridge suspended above the jungle canopy. Seven Wells Waterfall tumbling through granite rock pools. Mangrove boat tours where white-bellied sea eagles circle above and monitor lizards watch from the bank. Island-hopping through an archipelago of 99 islands in the Andaman Sea. 🦅
Langkawi has always been extraordinary. It just got even better to stay in. 🇲🇾

There is a cave in Thailand that almost nobody talks about. ✨
Deep inside Phraya Nakhon Cave in Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park, the ceiling has two natural sinkholes.

At around 10:30 in the morning, sunlight falls through them and illuminates a royal pavilion that King Rama V had built inside the cave in 1890. For a few minutes, the golden light hits the ancient teak structure and the whole cave glows. It is one of the most extraordinary natural light shows in Southeast Asia. 🌅

And it is completely, bafflingly off the main Thailand tourist trail.
Khao Sam Roi Yod — which translates as "The Mountain with 300 Peaks" — is a national park on Thailand's Gulf Coast, about 90 minutes south of Hua Hin. Limestone karsts rise directly from the coastal plain. Freshwater marshes spread between the peaks and shelter over 300 bird species. Mangrove forests line the tidal channels, accessible by kayak or flat-bottomed boat. Hiking trails reach viewpoints with the Gulf of Thailand glittering below and the karst peaks rising above. And — almost uniquely in Thailand — there are no crowds. 🌿

If you have been to Thailand and think you have seen it — Phuket, Chiang Mai, the islands, the temples — this is the part you almost certainly missed. And it may be the most memorable part of all. 🏔️
Have you heard of Sam Roi Yod? Has it been on your radar? We'd love to know 👇

Imagine waking up on a luxury train as it rolls through the Tamil Nadu plains at dawn. 🚂

Outside the window, the landscape is changing. Yesterday was the French colonial streets of Pondicherry and the Bay of Bengal. Today will be the 11th-century Brihadeshwar Temple in Thanjavur — one of the most audacious buildings ever constructed in the ancient world — and the Chola bronze collection that many art historians consider the greatest sculptural achievement in Asian history. 🛕
This is the Golden Chariot — an 8-day luxury rail journey through South India that most people who love India have never taken. Because most people who love India head north. To the Taj, to Rajasthan, to Varanasi. All extraordinary. But South India is a different civilisation entirely — older, quieter, more deeply rooted in the ancient. And the Golden Chariot is the most elegant way to move through it. 🌟

Eight days from Bangalore. UNESCO World Heritage sites at Mahabalipuram and Thanjavur. The Meenakshi Temple in Madurai — 14 towers covered in thousands of hand-painted sculptures, a nightly puja ceremony that has been conducted for centuries. The point where three oceans meet at Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of the subcontinent. The backwaters of Kerala by boat. And finally Fort Kochi — spice markets, Chinese fishing nets, a synagogue that has stood since 1568. 🌊
And every night, the train moves on through the dark to the next extraordinary day. ✨

Imagine waking up in a Karen hill tribe village in the mountains above Chiang Mai. 🌄

The sounds of the community beginning its day drift in. A family is already at the cooking fire. Outside, the forest edge is alive with birdsong and the air is cool and sharp with mountain freshness. There is no rush. No itinerary starting at 8am sharp. Just a village getting on with its morning — and you, as a welcome guest, getting to be part of it. 🌿

Mae Win Village, in the foothills of Doi Inthanon — Thailand's highest mountain — is home to a Karen hill tribe community that has been living and farming this land for generations. Rooted in the traditions of the ancient Lanna Kingdom and the rich cultural heritage of the Karen people, this is a community that has chosen to open its world to visitors — carefully, on its own terms, in a way that benefits the village directly. 🏡

Asian Trails has just launched a series of programmes here — a full-day cultural and farming experience, a 3-day adventure with bamboo rafting and ethical elephant encounters, and a wellness retreat in one of the most genuinely restorative natural settings in northern Thailand.

Every fee paid goes back into the community. The knowledge shared is real — passed down through generations, freely offered to travellers willing to receive it with respect. This is Chiang Mai beyond the temples and night markets. This is the Thailand that most visitors never find. 🇹🇭

Is the travel agent finished? Let's have the honest conversation.

In 2026, Gen Z and Millennials are planning holidays with AI, discovering destinations through TikTok and Instagram, and booking in real time on their phones. They expect instant pricing, seamless experiences and travel that reflects their values — sustainability, authenticity, wellness, impact.

So where does that leave the travel agent? The tour operator who has spent 20 years building relationships, knowledge and the kind of expertise no algorithm has managed to replicate yet?

Here's what we think: the agent who books flights and hotels is under pressure. The agent who books experiences, curates journeys, matches clients to destinations nobody else knows about, and picks up the phone at 11pm when something goes wrong — that agent has never been more valuable. 🌍

AI can plan a trip. It cannot judge whether the trip is right for you. It cannot tell you that the lodge you found on Instagram isn't as good as the one three valleys over that never posts on social media. It cannot take responsibility. It cannot build trust over ten years of exceptional service.

The brands and agents winning in 2026 are the ones who have stopped competing with the algorithm and started doing the things the algorithm cannot. 💡

Are you a traveller who still uses a travel agent — and why? Or have you made the switch to booking everything yourself? We'd genuinely love to know 👇

Imagine climbing through pine forest and prayer flags to a monastery that hangs — impossibly — from the face of a 900-metre cliff. ⛩️

That's Tiger's Nest in Bhutan. And it's just one moment in a 17-day journey that begins in the chaos and colour of Delhi, moves through the Mughal grandeur of Old Delhi's markets and monuments, then boards a flight to Paro with Everest visible from the window on a clear day. 🏔️

Bhutan is unlike anywhere else on earth. It's the only country that measures its success by Gross National Happiness. Over 70% of its land is protected forest — enshrined in the constitution. It limits tourist numbers deliberately, to keep the experience rare and the landscape intact. When you arrive, you feel the difference immediately. The pace slows. The air is different. The people have time for you. ☸️

This journey takes you through it all — Punakha Dzong at the confluence of two rivers, three days trekking through Bumthang Valley, a night in a traditional farmhouse with a hot stone bath drawn from the river, the glacial stillness of Phobjikha valley, and a trek through the mountains above Thimphu to temples with thanka paintings seen by almost nobody. 🌿

It ends in Kolkata — the flower market at dawn, Howrah Bridge, Mother Teresa's Ashram, the clay sculptors of Kumartuli — before the flight home and the specific, deep nostalgia of a journey that has genuinely changed something. 🌸

Bhutan does not let go easily. That, perhaps, is its greatest quality.
Has Bhutan been on your list? What draws you to it most? 👇
