Hi all. Let's talk a little about freelancing and why I aspire to it. Freelancing is a special lifestyle based on four main values, namely: freedom, the ability to be yourself, responsibility and your own criteria for success. The most important value of freelancing is freedom.Responsibility: in a traditional workplace, it often happens that someone works for two, and someone works half-heartedly, but this difference does not affect the overall result. In the case of non-standard employment, the result of the work depends only on the freelancer. The freelancing career is patchy, non-linear, individualized and horizontal. It can be called patchwork, because a person works intermittently, often on projects, periodically gaining knowledge and experience in new areas. Promotion with it is rather not vertical, that is, up the career ladder, but horizontally, through the development or expansion of professional skills and competencies. However, if a freelancer becomes an individual entrepreneur, then such a transition can be called vertical mobility.
