It’s been almost a week since Facebook suspended my personal account for no reason.

Which means my business account too.

I think it’s been done maliciously, and I desperately need to speak with a human at Facebook.

If any of my lovely followers have a meta verified account (and therefore access to live chat) I would really appreciate some help

For those who don’t know, I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I’m doing my best to stay positive — after all, we’re in France, home to some of the best healthcare in the world.

Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for mobile phone providers… On a day when my focus should have been on my health, already feeling the weight of my diagnosis, .fr chose to ignore my written requests and instead phoned me — only to remind me what a truly frustrating company they can be.

Word of warning: don’t buy a phone from them. Mine was supposed to be a little treat — something to help during hospital stays, travelling to and from appointments, and getting proper rest, along with a watch so I wouldn’t miss important calls. Instead, it’s become a huge, unnecessary headache 😢 Cheers for that, .fr
