Time to unplug..?!
With the end of ski season arriving soon, it is often when a lot of us check out & take a digital detox.
Taking a break from social media can be beneficial in so many ways.
It helps us:

❤️Reduce stress
❤️Encourages more productive activities.
But even with all of those positives, there are some potential drawbacks to detoxing from the digital world to think about. You need to prioritise your mental health but also the health of your business.
As the saying goes, ”There's no gain without pain”- taking a breather from social media may mean missing out on essential news or opportunities.
