We all have passed through stages in our lives that can be identified as crisis but many treat it as a curse rather than a blessing. A crisis is definitely a negative derivative if tackled from the perspective of what we feel during that stage and what are we getting in return. However, if tackled from a long term perspective, it is one of the most beneficial experiences that brings out all capabilities we have in order to get out of it.
Here are some rules I have when I pass through a turbulent phase in my life⬇️
😱Don’t panic.
For the better or worse, things never stay the same so there’s no need to panic that you will never get out of this situation.
🧠Think rationally, not emotionally.
Panic, stress, anxiety, confusion or any other emotion might take over and blur your rational sight towards the actual solution. Give yourself time to absorb the situation and after act upon the solution.
💃🏽Get the best out of this experience.
Every experience is an opportunity to learn and become better so focus on taking the best out of it rather than bringing yourself down.
💆🏻♀️Take care of yourself.
You only have you and your mental health is important. No matter what you are going through, you have to make sure you are well mentally and physically.
🤌🏼It’s your challenge to solve, not others.
Don’t expect others to solve your problems or care for them as much as you do. People will support you but they have a lot on their plate too. Your problem is your and only your problem to solve.
How do you deal with these never ending life lessons? 👇🏼
