Compensation: This is a commission-based position, with highly competitive commission rates and performance-based bonuses.
🪩 Client Offering: We are a full-service creative agency, providing a comprehensive range of marketing, branding, and advertising solutions. From digital campaigns to traditional media and creative strategy, we offer clients everything they need for effective, results-driven marketing.
🤌 Work Environment: Flexible work hours and location, with a mandatory online team meeting once a week. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and transparency in every aspect of the business.
🤩 What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record in sales, ideally within marketing, media, or advertising (though not a strict requirement).
Strong communication and negotiation skills—you should be comfortable building relationships with clients and pitching creative solutions.
Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset—we want someone who is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow alongside the business.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we work with clients in a range of markets.
