The Ectomorph body is of a slight build with delicate features.

This body type is usually of middle to average height and often youthful looking.

Ectomorphs have slender, well-proportioned physique with flat stomach, slim waist and hips. The muscles are defined as there is little spare flesh on the body.

The overall appearance is attractive and the slenderness is considered alluring.

📌 Mesomorph
The Mesomorph body has chiseled features, solid and well developed muscle tone, wide shoulders, and narrow waist.

The whole body seems powerful and have a robust constitution. With this body, there is a suggestion of healthy living, great physical strength and stamina.

The overall appearance look both attractive and intimidating.

📌 Endomorph
The Endomorph body type is big and heavy, with a soft rounded shape, large stomach, and muscles hidden under layers of fat.
