Au Moulin à Vent is one of the better Parisian bistros that reminds you why old school places still matter. Surprisingly, it’s avoided becoming a TikTok hotspot which gives it a far more local feel.
Seared oysters mushrooms are excellent, the pâté en croûte is one of the best I've had in the city, and both the steak au poivre and sole meunière cooked perfectly. It’s simple French cooking done properly and honestly quite hard to find now in central Paris. Featured in my best restaurants in the Latin Quarter guide - link in bio.
