⚽️🏀 We reimagined L’Équipe Magazine, the weekly supplement of France’s leading sports 🗞️newspaper, in close collaboration with the editorial team. The cover was redefined through a simple gesture: isolating the letter “É” from L’Équipe as the magazine’s logo, to singularize it and give more space to the visuals. Our work on the new formula started with a deep exploration of the archive, dating back to the 80s. We brought back some design ◾️➖elements from past issues—underlined standfirsts, paragraph-starting squares, thick lines—and combined them with a timeless layout.

🆎 Gradin, the custom font we designed for the project, is a sans-serif headline typeface developed for tight compositions. It combines a compact width, minimal spacing, and square counters to produce dense and impactful headlines. Inspired by Compacta, historically used for the magazine’s identity, it offers a contemporary reinterpretation with a more monolinear construction. The family includes eight weights from Light to Black with italics, including a 22.5-degree italic based on the dynamic slant of the 1946 L’Équipe logo.

Beyond the core system, we created pictograms and delivered a minimal and evolving set of brand guidelines. We now accompany the founders as moussse experiences exponential growth. To deploy the brand for its commercial launch we also produced packshots, still life photography, and video content.

Our flexible icon system utilises twelve versions of an uppercase ‘M’ including all the variants in between for the symbol’s digital animations. The brand identity pairs a palette of electric blue and off-white, anchored by Monosten, a monospace typeface from Colophon, to establish scientific precision.

For the launch of this new Swiss beauty brand we collaborated closely with the founders to develop a unique and evocative name. A long succession of ‘s’s became the signature sound of a biotech skincare
pioneer. Pronunciation: Mousssssssse.

Of course each ski model carries its own motto on the sidewalls, which we totally assume.
Our legendary ski bases remain unchanged, screaming blackcrows to the edge of readability (but not in FULL CAPS yet, we stay polite).

Pink on black in the front, black on pink in the back, with a regular succession of chevrons in the center, for a seamless graphic illusion.
Entering our 19th ski-design season, we perpetuate the bold color language of - with new hues, but the same sharp simplicity.

Seamless color transition: the optic magic of the 25/26 blackcrows skis.
Since 2006, has been exploring new ways to deploy the blackcrows chevron on skis, clothes, architecture, and more. The 25/26 ski collection uses a new magic trick to switch from one color to the other.

For the 2025 Prix Talents Horlogers de Demain, we created the key visual and video - an animated collage of gears, wheels, and hands, combined with the exclusive typefaces we designed for Cartier.

⬛ ➡ 🚙 Based in the french Alps, .life is a new player in 🔌 electric mobility vehicles, from cars to bikes. La Bagnole is the brand’s flagship automobile: light, minimal, and adorable. With an exterior and interior design by Leo Choisel , La Bagnole caught 👀 our eye, and we reached outto help the brand grow. We changed the namefrom kgEV to Kilow, in reference to its low impact on the environment, and its use of kilowatts of course.
Yorgo designed an icon as simple as the car: four squares forming a K, with a forward-pointing arrow in counter-shape. We built the full brand system in collaboration with the in-house team, from the typographic codes to the advertising language, the digital expressions and the trade show booths.
And of course we’re now the proud drivers of one of the first Kilow cars in France.
