When are feminine bodies going to be treated and seen differently than masculine bodies? They are different. Both strong and capable but must be treated with care in different ways to reach optimal health and performance. Feminine bodies are so complex the hormonal balance and brain chemistry is changing everyday whereas masculine bodies are not.

At 17, Mary Cain was already a record-breaking phenom: the fastest girl in a generation, and the youngest American track and field athlete to make a World Championships team. Then, everything changed.
