I'm shutting down my PC for the holidays, with some relief. It's been a hectic year. I've learned lots and I've definately grown in my professional capacities.

To date, 2024 has been my most successful year as an micropreneur - and for that I'm truly grateful.

I wish all my clients: past, present and future, a peaceful holiday season with lots of love and laughter.

Working with you all is very rewarding on so many different levels.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in me, and my business.

It's been another whirlwind year for my small but perfectly formed business!!

New for 2022: Administration Support

Peer Circles - a hidden gem for career progression and business growth!

I've been piloting an exciting project with some former colleagues, to bring professionally facilitated peer circles to the masses.

I was lucky enough to pilot the first sessions with PWN Global (an international association dedicated to advancing gender balanced leadership in the workplace and in society at large). The circles were a complete success with people telling us the experience was the 'most powerful, impactful leadership development initiative' that they had EVER taken part in.

In France, today, 1st May, is Fête de Travail, or, Fête de Muguet.

Established in 1600's, this is one of two official bank holidays in France (the other being Christmas Day). On this day we offer one another lily of the valley (muguet in French), to wish one another luck and prosperity for the forthcoming year.

I love this ritual in my adopted country. It's a time for new beginnings and also the moment we celebrate our more feminine values.

The Marketing Fountain has been in business for six months today. Just like the lily of the valley, that does all it's hard work under the soil in the winter months, I feel that I too have been laying down firm roots to blossom this Spring!
