Wait, do you only do websites?🖥️

While I love building out sites in Squarespace, my design journey actually usually starts and has previously started right here on my iPad in Canva.

​Before a website even has its first page, it needs a "soul"/brand —and that comes from the graphic design element of a business:

​✨ Brand Logos: Giving businesses a professional face and logo for their brand itself is extremely important and Canva is a great place to do so.
✨ Other Graphics: Other graphics for things such as Etsy, mockups for products, and even thank you pages for when customers buy your online items.
✨ Social Media Banners: Banners for social media for businesses to look more authentic and appealing to customers is another extremely important factor for brands online presence outwith their website.

​I find that when the graphics and the website speak the same "language," a business looks 10x more professional.

Hi everyone! 👋
​I wanted to pull back the curtain and show you where I’ve been spending my time lately. This is my little design corner right here in Aberlour, Morayshire.

​I’ve recently fallen down the rabbit hole of web and graphic design, using my spare time to build different sites for imaginary coffee shops and fictional florists, using Squarespace for web design and also Canva for other graphics

​(And yes, that’s my trustworthy ‘assistant’ Bulldog keeping an eye on things!) 🐶

Tidy & Organized Room = Tidy & Organized Mind🧠

​Web design isn't just about beautiful pictures; it's about structure, and attention to detail.
​If your workspace is organized, your code is usually cleaner, your layout is more logical, and the final user experience is smoother.

​This pegboard keeps all my essential tools close by and easy to navigate, access, and pick out what I need and when.
​I’m a firm believer that good design starts with good organization.
