There’s always a bit more meaning behind an order when you know what it’s going out into the world to do. 💙

These T-shirts were made for one of my regular customers, Michael at The Kataholos Company.

I’ve worked with Michael a number of times now, and build up an amazing friendship with him. We have created T-shirts for his clients that have ended up being shipped all over the world 🌍

This time, though, they’re for Michael himself.

His Kataholos Autumn Training Tour 2026 started this week, so we created these royal blue T-shirts with his branding on the front and all of the tour dates across the back.

And there’s a much bigger mission behind Kataholos than just a training tour...

Michael is on a mission to help 1 billion people.🤯

FAQ: Is there a minimum order?

Nope. 🙌

You do not need to order 10, 20 or 50 garments, If you just need one embroidered polo, that’s absolutely fine.

If you need a full set of workwear for your whole team, that’s fine too.

I work with businesses of all sizes, so whether you’re just starting out, replacing one damaged item, ordering for a new member of staff or kitting out an entire team, I can help.

Sometimes people put off getting branded workwear because they assume they’ll have to place a huge order.

You don’t.

One garment or one hundred — just tell me what you need and I’ll work with you. 💙

Behind the scenes at First Love Designs… with my little holiday-club helper 💙

When the stock arrived for a customer order this week, I had an extra pair of hands helping me get everything organised.

My daughter came into work with me and got properly stuck in — unpacking the garments, sorting everything and putting it into tubs ready for the next stage… the embroidery machine.

It might just look like a big blue tub full of clothing, but this is one of those little stages that has to happen before you ever see the finished workwear.

Stock arrives
Everything gets checked
Orders are organised
Garments are decorated
Quality is checked
Order are packed
Labelled and sent

One of the things I love about running First Love Designs is that my girls get to see what goes into building a business — including the not-so-glamorous jobs!

Although to be fair - she absolutely loved pushing this tub around with her strong muscles 💪🏼 😍

This week at BNI Kudos was PROP WEEK… and honestly, every one understood the assignment!

We had homemade props, ridiculous props, and even props that needed their own seat in the Uber 🤣

There was so much energy in the room and it was such a fun way of getting us all to think about business’s a little bit differently.

I’ve been a member of Kudos for 5 years and for me it’s become much more than just a network meeting ❤️

Running a business can be quite lonely sometimes , and BNI gives me a room full of people who just get it !

It’s not about walking into a room and expecting instant sales - it’s about showing every week, building trust , helping other business’s and growing First Love Designs one day at a time 🙊

Small business reality

Some days the workspace is beautifully organised, every thing goes right and I leave the unit feeling like I smashed it 👏

Other days there are …

27 hoodies waiting to be embroidered
14 polos that need printing
3 boxes of stock to unpack
1 medium missing
And me bringing my child to work to help create designs 🫣

Behind every polished order photo is a slightly chaotic production process

But I wouldn’t ever change it 💕

When someone trusts me with thier company branding - I don’t take it lightly.

I ensure the garments look right, the logos in the correct position, and I use only high quality garments so the order is received the customer is happy with their order and proud to wear their new workwear!

I could watch this part all day 😘😍

Most customers only ever see the end result but this is what’s happening behind the scenes at FLD

Every logo starts as a digital embroidery file before it can be stitched to the garment.

Then we have colour matching , positioning ,hooping, thread changes , trimming , final checks and packaging before it’s ready to leave.

A little more than just sticking a logo on a polo 🤣🤣

This is perfect for polos, hoodies, fleeces and jackets. It’s perfect for workwear where you really want a professional, long lasting finish.

Print 👕

This is brilliant for large back designs, and designs with lots of detailed artwork

Sometimes both print and embroidery is best for you
