A couple of weeks ago, several members of the M3 team swapped the office for the great outdoors at Beaudesert Outdoor Activity Centre for a taster session of their corporate training experience.
The day combined classroom learning around team roles and personalities with outdoor activities that put those insights into practice.
(Turns out understanding how people work together is one thing. Navigating challenges as a team during problem-solving activities is another entirely.)
As part of our ongoing work with Beaudesert, we also captured photography and video content to showcase the experience for other businesses looking to invest in their people a little differently.
A really insightful and enjoyable day, and a great example of the kind of organisations we love supporting as a B Corp Certified agency. Working with charities and purpose-led organisations like Beaudesert is part of our wider commitment to creating positive impact through the work we do and the partnerships we build.
