Client Services Representative (CSR)
Company Profile - Apex Direct Mail was established in 1999 and has grown over the years into a well known and respected company delivering almost impossible tasks daily. Our client list boasts anything from a local shop to SME’s right through to Global companies and everything in between. We are renowned for our ability to fulfil our client’s requirements from sending out a leaflet, to direct mail to complete print and fulfilment services including daily picking and packing orders and all things ecommerce too.
Job Profile - The role is to act as liaison between clients, production and IT. The CSR will handle client accounts and ensure that all work is carried out beyond customer expectations. They will also be expected to develop sales on existing accounts by up-selling additional services and working closely with the Client Services Manager to help meet targets and ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

The CSR’s role will include but will not be limited to:
- Quoting and managing jobs and ensuring additional costs are recorded and approved by the client
- Ensuring job briefs are taken from client / sales and communicated to IT & Production via clear, concise job bag instructions
- Creating job bags, preparing costings for invoicing and other admin tasks
- Preparing pack samples for clients and Production
- Taking overall responsibility for designated accounts and communicating with clients
- Managing client stock
- Keeping Client Services Manager updated at regular intervals throughout the day
- Ensuring high levels of customer care, keeping clients updated on progress of their project from start through completion
- Meeting clients at Apex’s offices or travelling to visit clients at their offices
The above broadly covers what the job entails but we would expect the successful candidate to be prepared to get involved in additional tasks depending on the requirements of the Company on a day-to-day basis.
Skills Required - Print, Direct Mail or Marketing experience would be an advantage but not essential. General office experience would be great, ideally with a knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organised and energetic with excellent people skills.
The CSR must be customer focused but also keen to gain an understanding of our production processes.
We are looking for someone that is forward thinking and proactive in looking for ways of improving together with good attention to detail.
Salary range will be up to £28,000 (Depending on experience)
