Job summary
As a central part of our client services team, you’ll stay close to your own clients and work in partnership with them daily to brief, plan and manage results-driven marketing, creative, comms and media campaigns. You’ll be assisting an Account Manager and Client Partner working with over a dozen clients, which could include the likes of Vodafone, Hermes, Jaguar LandRover and Iceland.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns (online, broadcast, social, outdoor, radio etc.)
• Research, recommend and liaise with the media/publishers
• Support the Client Partners with high profile project work
• Provide great client service across all accounts
• Estimate time and all costs associated with campaigns, agree and manage commercials for clients
• Work closely with our creative team to plan and manage creative projects
• Gather performance reports and other MI to support clients
• Ensure client retention and account development by building strong client relationships
• Efficiently and accurately maintain our client admin/invoicing system
• Become an intrinsic and key part of the client services team.

You will work at least two days per week from our offices in Altrincham (WA14 1EZ) and the rest of the time from home.

Working hours
9am to 5.30pm Mon to Thurs and 9am to 5pm on Friday. You can start earlier and finish earlier within some parameters

We will engage the services of get-staffed.com who will provide continuous online training on workplace essentials, Recruitment essentials (interview skills, career planning etc) Teamwork training, work ethic coaching and wellbeing support.
There will be a 1 week long induction programme and thereafter you will be assigned to a mentor - our Client Success Manager, who will meet weekly with, and help you, transition into working. Sessions will cover timekeeping, attendance, work quality, team-working, communication skills and general admin.
Your mentor (the Client Success Manager) will work with you individually to enhance your communications skills and to coach you on how to deploy them in a range of settings - emails, video conferences, in person meetings, internal meetings and client conversations.
In this role you will be fully trained and develop highly transferrable skills such as administration, data entry, communications skills, client liaison, supplier negotiation, data analysis and presentation creation. It's a really varied skillset that would be very impressive on future CVs.
