A little Innovista update that feels pretty HUGE 💜

Since Alexa joined the business, we’ve welcomed some brilliant new clients, including The Oak Inn (Burton), Embroidery UK, and .uk meaning we’ve officially doubled our client base and reached capacity! 🥹

We’re incredibly grateful to every client who’s trusted us, recommended us and supported Innovista along the way. Thank you for keeping us very, very busy. 😂💜

As the summer solstice was over the weekend we’ve been thinking about how the first half of 2026 has been a big one for Innovista! 💜We’ve doubled our client base, welcomed Alexa to the team, and had the opportunity to work with some incredible businesses.

But we’ve found that the biggest lesson we have learnt so far in 2026 has been learning our worth.

We’ve learnt that saying “yes” to everything isn’t sustainable. Whilst we’re passionate about helping our clients succeed, we’ve also learnt the importance of protecting our time, prioritising our workload, and looking after our wellbeing and not being busy fools.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who’s been part of our journey so far and can’t wait to see what the second half of 2026 brings. 🌅

Lorraine and Olivia have been fantastic to collaborate with so far, and we're excited to support them as they continue to grow their beautiful bridal business.

Last week, Alexa and Izzy headed down to spend the day with the brilliant team at OTM Apprenticeships, to dive into the next phase of their marketing strategy. 🚀

It was great to meet with Richard, Lizzie and Mik and spend some time discussing where the brand is heading, what's working well, and where the biggest opportunities lie.

With Lizzie and Mik recently joining the team, it was the perfect chance to share everything we've learned about OTMA's audience so far, from the messaging that resonates most to the content and campaigns driving the best results.

There's nothing quite like getting everyone around the table, sharing ideas and challenging assumptions. The day was packed with productive conversations, fresh perspectives and plenty of excitement for what's ahead.

A huge thank you to the OTMA team for such a collaborative and inspiring day! We're now busy pulling everything together into a strategy that will help OTMA continue to grow, connect with their audience and achieve their goals.

Alexa and our founder Isobella met while working together for 4 years as the dynamic duo in their previous roles and now they have reunited to help small businesses all over Hampshire market their brands with strategy and personality! 🙌 🥰
