We had a few buckets in for some major repairs over the last couple of weeks.

🔵 1 x 6ft tractor loader bucket in for a new edge, floor and also a new skin folded to give extra protection on the back curve.

🔵 2 x 13ton digger buckets in for new edge and also fitted with side cutters.

🔵 1 x 13ton gummy bucket in for a new floor, floor and side wear plates, edge and side cutters.

🔵 1 x 20ton bucket in for new teeth and adapters. The old ones were gouged off, cleaned and prepared with the new adapters welded on.

Staircase and balcony project that’s been recently completed from start to finish, undercoated and finished in 2 pac black. 👨‍🏭

🔵 Staircase fabricated
🔵 Tread plates all folded
🔵 4.5mm chequer plates
🔵 Posts 150x150x10mm
🔵 Box section upright railing
🔵 Pipe to finish around the top
🔵 H iron and channel used on top for strong support

Bale trailer in for a new floor and some refurbishment work.

It originally had a timber floor. We stripped it off and added in box section to leave the cross members all level. This then allowed a new chequered floor to be added.

🔵 New chequered plate 4.5mm
🔵 New 4mm sides and front cut and folded
🔵 Welded solid and ready for paint

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all, especially all my customers who have supported me strongly this year! It's been amazing!

A massive thanks to all the suppliers that’s been there throughout keeping the ball rolling with materials etc. and being on time with every delivery, that means a lot!

Here’s to 2026 the diary is open and filling fast already so we are set for yet another busy year ahead! 👨‍🏭👨‍🏭
