If anyone knows believe me as a family we do Know - that storms don't last forever - you just have to work through them bit by bit, small steps, you may have 2 steps forward and 1 step back but it's still a step forward than when you were.

What you are feeling right now is not how you may feel in 1 minute - 2 minutes or even an hour , take a few deep breaths and go for a walk, believe me it helps you to re-evaluate your thoughts.

These little steps are a good start to clearing your 💬 thoughts.
