A fantastic rare opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join a litho printing company with a reputation for both quality and service. It would appeal to an individual looking to do a variety of tasks within a busy and long-established printing company. You will work closely with the whole team to ensure all projects despatch on time. You will be working to ensure 100% accuracy is always maintained.
We are looking for a hard-working individual who can offer flexibility and commitment. This highly motivated individual will need to display a professional approach to their work and have a genuine 'can do' attitude towards their responsibilities. This person should be someone who could become part of the fabric of the Company over the next few years.
The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise the workload to achieve maximum output would be critical. This hands-on role will require a highly motivated, self-disciplined team player. You will need to be adaptable and able to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure that all orders are despatched on time, in full and to the correct specification and quality
• To suggest and implement preventative measures to stop reoccurrence of any reported issues
• General upkeep and maintenance of machines
• Must be flexible. Your responsibility would be to make sure all orders despatch on time. So, if it gets to the end of the day and there are still outstanding orders, then you would be expected to work overtime to ensure all work is out
• Briefing and communicating information when receiving or passing jobs onto finishing
Requirements:
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Have a positive, "can do" attitude
• Work overtime when required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist other team members whenever necessary.
