One of our latest house signs completed, made from yellow pine and using hidden fixings.

Delivered to our customers at about 1pm by 1.20pm we received this image of it in place, a perfect fit.

A few years ago, we were asked to gild a new entrance sign for the internal doorway at the Bath Pump room.
Finally in 2026 we have managed to visit The Pump Room in Bath and take an image of the gilded sign in place above the internal entrance door.

During 2025 we have been asked to carry out some very interesting commissions, one of which was the re-instatement of a poem and a very interesting design up the spiral stairs in a grade 2 listed gothic manor, after some remedial work on the walls had been carried out.
The first step was to take a complete tracing of the design and poem, prior to the repairs being carried out, the tracing was interesting in itself as due to the wall being almost a full rotation and the design following the rise of the stairs, we had to cut each section of the tracing paper into 30cm strips overlapping each one slightly and marking each one with reference points.
Initially it was thought the complete wall would require re-instatement but only patch repairs were required, this meant when the tracings were put back on the wall extra care is required so that everything is aligned with the remaining design.
With each alternate letter and motif being in red or blue, it required immense concentration to ensure everything is correct.
On completion we were very proud to receive the following from our client.

Today we had a few hours away from work and visited the Yeo Valley Organic Garden Festival at Holt farm just outside Bladgon over looking Blagdon lake.
It was nice to see some of our recent work in situ and some past work in its final location.
We listened to an interesting talk by Francis Tophill on the subject of right and wrong when gardening.

Great to visit a beautiful garden too, right on our doorstep.

We are very pleased to have been asked to line four vintage car wheels, the wheels are from some very early 20th century vehicles, once refitted the vehicles will be off to the channel islands.
