I’ve got this booking app called BOOKSY that I pay for every month to help u all book your hair appointments in a very easy way
I don’t mind helping u all, but if your only contacting me for a appointment please use the app as it’ll save everybody’s time & hopefully you’ll all get the times u want as sometimes it takes me a while to reply as I’m very busy working.

For those customers who repeatedly don’t turn up for there appointments, I’m now operating a 3 strikes & your out as it’s wasting my time & other customers could have the appointment.
I totally understand that things happen from day to day, so if u can’t make your appointment please just let me know & u won’t get a strike

Please arrive at the time of your appointment & call me from your car on arrival

Then wait till I es**rt u through

All gym facilities r closed including toilets

A face mask will b required

Then once appointment is finished I’ll es**rt u back out

Then finally I’ll clean the area before working again
