SoCode came to us at a pivotal stage in their growth.
With over a decade in the technology recruitment space, strong market presence, and operations spanning the UK, Spain and the US, the business had built serious momentum, yet their brand no longer reflected the level they were operating at.
Our role was not to start again, but to elevate what already existed. Working closely with the SoCode team, we refined the logo, strengthened its presence, and built a complete visual identity system centred around the new design direction, created for consistency, clarity and scale.
A major shift came through the palette, moving from outdated lime greens and greys to deep navies and electric blues, creating a brand that feels more credible, modern and distinctive in competitive digital spaces.
The result is a sharper identity that reflects who SoCode are today - established, global and forward-moving.
