Most people do social media backwards.

What actually drives engagement?

Not perfect hashtags or editing - it's authentic expertise sharing.

What if you could focus only on the crucial 20% that matters?

If you're struggling to think of content for social media, things like, what do I write, what do I record, what works and what doesn't?

Think on this, most of your audience are introverts, they're social media introverts.

What it means is they'll get questions about your product or service, they're not going to reach out directly to you.

Why are they not going to reach out?

They're scared of asking silly questions and looking stupid.

If they send a question to you, you're going to end up selling to them.

And what that means to you is a silent majority on your social media all with unanswered questions about you and your business.

I think you've got all the content you need.

You just don't know it yet.

All the questions you get asked every day, questions from sales calls, questions from clients, and questions from the tiny amount of people that do reach out.

That's all content gold.

Make content around these.

By making content around them, you're creating engaging, useful content that speaks directly to your audience's needs.

Now, big tip, keep a Google Doc.

All the questions you get asked, whack them in there and use it when you're creating content.

It's super simple.

It's massively effective, and it will boost your social media presence and provide value to your customers that are ready on your social media.

More importantly, creating content like this helps to position you as the authority.

28/04/2025

Being the best doesn't mean you get noticed.

While you perfect your craft, less qualified competitors steal your clients.

It's not about perfect content.

Good content posted consistently is what matters.

Let me help you create authority content in just 20 minutes that grows your presence automatically.

There is a hidden cost to social media burnout.

This is what happens when business owners try managing it all, and a simple solution to fix that for you.

I'm not talking about doom scrolling through your personal feed.

I'm talking about the exhaustion that comes from trying to maintain a professional presence across all your platforms.

Day after day, week after week, month after month.

The pressure to constantly create, to stay relevant, keep up with algorithms and trends, it just burns you out.

I've seen it firsthand with dozens of people, and there are clear warning signs.

The Sunday evening dread, when you realize you've not planned any content for the week ahead.

You end up putting off social media tasks until they're super urgent.

Then you rush to create something.

You've felt resentful of competitors that post effortlessly while you struggle to find the time and energy.

What makes it dangerous is it doesn't just stay on social media and your content.

When you burn out in one aspect of your business, it tends to seep into everything else.

Your creativity suffers.

Your energy for client work goes down.

Your strategic thinking becomes clouded.

The people who maintain the healthiest relationship with social media are never the ones doing it all themselves.

They've found ways to share the burden.

They only focus on aspects that energize them and delegate the rest.

That's what I help my clients do.

I reduce their social media responsibilities to just a brief conversation, 20 minutes, twice a month.

You step out of that burnout cycle entirely.

One of my clients described it as having a weight lifted that they didn't even know they were carrying.

If you're feeling any of the burnout symptoms I mentioned, examine your relationship with social media.

Ask yourself, is this sustainable?

Think every post needs to be flawless?

Think again.

Consistency beats perfection every time.

Your audience is building a relationship with you through repeated interactions.

We trust what we see regularly.

Slightly imperfect content feels more human and trustworthy.

One client tripled her engagement by posting consistently instead of perfectly.

The 80/20 rule shows up everywhere once you start looking for it.

80% of your sales come from 20% of your clients.

80% of your productivity happens in 20% of your work hours.

And I've found it works for social media too.

In all the successful accounts I've analyzed, 80% of engagement and growth comes from just 20% of activities.

Most people do it backwards.

They spend 80% of their time on activities that generate only 20% of results.

Think about it.

If you spend 10 hours a week on social media, you're wasting most of it.

You're researching hashtags.
Making the "perfect" graphic.
Finding the "ideal" posting time.
Editing your videos (and anyone who's edited themselves knows how uncomfortable that is).
And hunting for subjects to talk about.

Then you maybe spend TWO HOURS actually sharing your expertise.

Telling authentic stories about you and your business.

What actually drives engagement, followers, and clients?

It's almost always that authentic expertise sharing.

NOT the perfectly polished production elements.

People invest huge amounts of time into things that aren't moving the needle.

They rush through the small percentage that actually matters.

What if you could focus ONLY on the critical 20% that drives your social media success?

For almost every business owner I've worked with, that crucial 20% is simply sharing your expertise naturally.

It's not overthinking it.
It's not heavily editing it.
It's just authentic conversations about what you know best.

That's exactly what I do.

Twice a month, we have a 20-minute conversation where you talk about your business.

You answer questions about your expertise.

You share client stories.

That's it. That's your only job.

You focus exclusively on the highest-impact 20%.

I do the rest - the other 80%.

The editing.
The formatting.
The caption writing.
The hashtags.
The platform optimization.
The publishing and scheduling.
The whole kit and caboodle.

You get to step away from all that.

The results have been great.

My clients save loads of time while their social media performs BETTER.

Because they're focusing only on the 20% that matters most.

22/04/2025

Did you start your business to become a content creator?

Or to actually help people?

Yet somehow you're spending more time filming reels than serving clients.

Your time and knowledge are too valuable to waste on DIY content.

Watch to see how you can share your expertise without the content creation hassle.

22/04/2025

Struggling to create social media content?

Most of your audience are social media introverts.

They have questions but won't reach out directly.

You already have content gold in the questions you get asked every day.

You're amazing at what you do.

So why is no one noticing you?

Here's the truth: People don't buy the best solution.

They buy the most visible one.

While you're stuck in perfection mode, endlessly tweaking, your less qualified competitor is showing up online creating "okay" content and getting the clients YOU deserve.

You don't need fluff.

You need authority content that shows you know your stuff.

I can help you create that in just 20 minutes.

Every two weeks, you talk, I create. Your presence grows automatically.

More visibility → More leads → More sales.

It's not about perfect content.

It's good content posted CONSISTENTLY that matters.

There's this belief that every post needs to be absolutely flawless - perfect lighting, script, delivery, editing - or it's not worth posting at all.

I get it.

We all want our best work out there.

But after looking at hundreds of social media accounts?

Consistency almost always beats perfection when it comes to building an engaged audience.

Why?

When someone follows you on social media, they're not making a one-time decision to engage with your content.

They're beginning a relationship with your brand.

And like any relationship, it's built through repeated interactions over time.

Each time your content appears in someone's feed, it helps them know your brand better.

This creates familiarity, and we are naturally drawn to what's familiar.

We trust what we see regularly.

The problem with chasing perfection is that it dramatically reduces your posting frequency.

Another problem?

When content is too polished, too perfect, it can actually create distance between you and your audience.

There's something about slightly imperfect content that feels more human, more relatable, more trustworthy.

Now, I'm not saying quality doesn't matter.

It absolutely does.

But there's a point of diminishing returns where the extra hours spent perfecting a post doesn’t lead to better results.

If you're currently caught in the perfectionism trap, struggling to post consistently because you're never quite satisfied with what you've created,

Try an experiment.

Trade some of that perfectionism for consistency for a month.

See what happens when you show up regularly for your audience, even if every post isn't absolutely flawless.

Businesses who build the strongest connections with their audience aren't necessarily the ones with the most polished content - they're the ones who show up consistently, sharing their expertise and their journey in an authentic way.
