As her career progressed she managed and trained sales teams to deliver the best advertising solutions using radio and digital platforms in the UK’s largest commercial radio group. The advertising world was forever evolving, not only that, the way people interacted with the various media platforms also shifted, even more so with rise of Social Media. Lorraine recognised how confusing it can be for businesses in the ever changing media world, what is new today is old news tomorrow. It is difficult to decide what media channels businesses should use, never mind learning new ones, and time is an issue and companies simply just don’t have it. In 2011, Allways Media was born.
