Hello everyone, I have been unsure of what to do about classes this week.
I did ask my lovely students their thoughts and I know most of you were hoping to still attend class however after spending today in my hospital job and now current updated advice to stay home and stay safe I have decided to suspend all classes for the benefit of the greater good.
I will be in touch with those who may have block booked personally.
I will also provide recommended online classes as well as seeing if I can upload a few classes personally.

All of my students children and adults love their bolsters in class, I wouldn’t be without mine, personally I favour a rectangular bolster, here’s a great article on how bolsters can add to your practice. If anyone wants to order one from me I can get teacher discount ❤️🥰

My constant reminder that things can still grow in dark and muddy waters (lotus flower) that I always have my breath (Sanskrit symbol for breath) to calm me and a bit of colour as life certainly isn’t black and white 🧘‍♀️❤️
